Paribas has made SwatchPay mobile payments available to individual customers. They can be used by those who have debit or credit cards with the Mastercard logo. Thus, the list of Polish banks that offer SwatchPay has been extended to three. The solution was previously implemented by Alior and Getin.

By making SwatchPay available, BNP Paribas has one of the widest mobile payment offers in Poland. This is because the institution's customers can already use such digital wallets as Apple Pay and Google Pay, pay with sports watches thanks to Fitbit Pay and Garmin Pay and use Blik. The latter will soon have a contactless function, but for now there is no information on when it will be available to BNP Paribas customers.

To start using SwatchPay, you first need to own a watch that allows contactless payments. Then you need to install the SwatchPay mobile app on your Android or iOS smartphone, then create an account there and add your payment card to it. After that, all you have to do is activate the payment on your watch using the mobile app on your smartphone.
