After mBank and PKO BP, Idea Bank prepared the application for Chinese manufacturer's devices
Idea Bank announced the release of its mobile application for Huawei smartphones. For now, users of devices based on Google Mobile Services (GMS) can use the app. Then, after integration with the Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) ecosystem and certification completed, the Idei application can also be installed by users of the latest Huawei products, i.e. the P40 and Y series smartphones, as well as MediaPad Pro and MatePad T8 tablets.

Idea is the third bank from Poland that has introduced its application to the AppGallery. Earlier also mBank and PKO BP did it. These institutions, like Idea, adapted their software to devices operating on GMS. However, they declared that they would soon finish work on implementing their applications on Huawei smartphones with HMS.

Huawei declares that there are currently about 900 applications prepared for Polish users in the AppGallery. Among them there are already solutions of operators such as SkyCash, moBiLET or Jakdojade. A quick survey conducted by the cashless.pl service at the largest Polish banks shows that most of them analyze the need to introduce their application to the AppGallery.
