Customers participating in the pilot of N!Assistant, based on generative artificial intelligence, will be able to download an update of the application with new features as early as 6 September
According to the press office of Nest Bank, a new version of the institution's mobile application will be launched on 5 or 6 September, which will include further features of N!Assistant. The new functionality will enable Nest Bank's mobile app users to, among other things, transfer money using the Nest Assistant or communicate with it by voice, rather than text only, as has been the case to date.

Let me remind you that N!Assistant is a feature of the Nest mobile application that uses generative artificial intelligence. The bank boasts that it is the first in the Polish market to introduce such a service. For now, it is in the pilot phase, which means that a limited number of customers can use it. You could have read about N!Assistant for the first time on cashless.pl. Indeed, Nest presented its solution for the first time during the Cashless Breakfast event in March this year.
Currently, the functionality of N!Assistant is rather limited. It answers questions about the bank's offerings and supports customers in managing their finances: it checks the rate of spending, assesses whether the budget will come to the end of the month, calculates how much to put aside for an overseas trip, etc. This will change significantly with the newly announced modifications.

Firstly, as I mentioned above, N!Assistant will assist in ordering transfers. At the user's instruction, it will prepare all the data to carry out the transaction. The customer's role will be to check that the information entered is as intended. This mainly involves the recipient's account number and then approving the operation using an authorisation tool, such as biometrics. Transfers to trusted recipients will be able to be ordered without additional authorisation.
Another interesting change concerns the way communication with N!Assistant takes place. At present, this is done exclusively via text chat. After the new version of the application is uploaded, it will be possible to communicate with N!Assistant by voice. To do this, you will need to log in to the Nest Bank app beforehand. The new N!Assistant will also be able to provide customers with information about the products they use at Nest (currently there is no such option).
