Allegro's network of vending machines to be made available to customers in the Czech Republic later this year
As cashless.pl learns, Allegro, the largest e-commerce platform in Poland, which also operates on the Czech and Slovak markets, has started installing parcel machines in our southern neighbours. The first machine stood in the Czech capital Prague. The machine, which is not yet operational, is the start of a whole network of Allegro parcel machines. This is to be established in the Czech Republic later this year.

Allegro spokesman Marcin Gruszka confirmed that the company he represents has started building a network of parcel vending machines in the Czech Republic. However, he did not reveal how many devices will be installed under this project or when customers will be able to collect their first parcels this way. All that is known is that this should happen this year, and that the machines will first appear in the largest Czech cities.

Let me remind you that on the Polish market Allegro already has approx. 3.5 thousand parcel machines, which gives the network the fourth place on this market. Of course, parcels ordered at allegro.pl can also be collected in competitive automats, including those of InPost. InPost has the largest network of such machines - the company manages around 22,000 parcel machines in Poland. In second place is DPD and Orlen in third position.
