Poland is the first market in the world where Visa Mobile is being implemented
ING is one more bank on the Polish market that is introducing the Visa Mobile solution. With its help, it is possible to pay in selected online shops (the number of which is to be gradually increased) by entering a phone number and approving the transaction in the Moje ING mobile application. The service works on Android or iOS phones. The payer can use either a traditional card or a virtual version.

To start using Visa Mobile, the service must be activated in the bank's app. The customer must also provide an email address and confirm it with the authorisation code sent, as well as accept the required consents. When paying in-store (on the website or in the app), he or she should select the icon with the name of this payment method and enter his or her phone number in the appropriate field. You then need to accept the transaction in the bank's mobile app.
Poland is the first country in the world to implement the Visa Mobile tool. Its advantage is that, when shopping, there is no need to fill out multiple form fields and enter a card number or code. ING informs that transactions made using Visa Mobile are covered by the chargeback procedure, i.e. money can be recovered if the customer does not receive the purchased product or service.

The first institution to announce the availability of Visa Mobile to all customers was Nest Bank. Later, the association of cooperative banks BPS boasted about the introduction of the service. The SGB cooperative group is also working on implementing the new online payment solution.
